The furnace is a new product developed by our company and is also the first of this kind in China, whose technology is based on the similar technology and products of Japan and Taiwan as well as on the consideration of high-quality special products produced by small and medium enterprises producing hardware products and special steel.
Carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel and ball bearing steel after spheroidizing annealing treatment by the furnace has no oxidation or de-carbonization, and the spheroidized structure is uniform, with significant improvement on cold plastic deformation (such as stamping, cold heading, etc.), so that the mechanical properties of steel after heat treatment can fully meet the deep processing requirements. |
| THE MAIN PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FURNACE： |
1）、Pit-type structure; can be buried deep underground, small area coverage to meet the technological transformation of the old plant
2）、Moderate loading, 9 to 15 tons for each furnace, suitable for mass production, transport is convenient
3）、Using electric heating, heat treatment process is automatic, heat treatment process can be traced back
4）、Furnace lining is whole fiber structure, thermal efficiency will be greatly improved, energy-efficient
5）、Furnace bottom is installed with strong convection fan, furnace temperature is quite uniform from top to bottom with accuracy of ± 5 ℃, the actual accuracy of ± 3 ℃ is achieved.
6）、Using protective gas, oxidation-free heat treatment is achieved, less metal loss.
7）、The operation of charging and filling materials is convenient, safe and reliable. |
